Canertinib dihydrochloride is an irreversible selective inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (pan-ErbB). Clinical studies have shown that this product has good efficacy in treating recurrent and metastatic breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and other tumors.
Uses:
Canertinib dihydrochloride is an effective and irreversible EGFR inhibitor; the IC50 values for inhibiting cell EGFR and ErbB2 autophosphorylation are 7.4 and 9nM respectively.
